Be Humble
At a photoshoot event, our head of the design department helping his subbordinate who just joined our team a month ago...

“Be humble” is one of our core values because we believe true strength comes from staying grounded, grateful, and respectful toward others. This value grew from our journey, where we learned that no matter how much we achieve, there is always something more to learn and someone else to learn from. It reminds us that success feels more meaningful when it is shared, and that kindness and respect matter just as much as results.
We maintain this value by listening with open hearts, appreciating every contribution, and treating everyone with dignity. We remind ourselves that humility is not weakness — it is the courage to stay sincere, to accept feedback, and to keep growing without pride. By living this value every day, we build trust, strengthen our relationships, and create a culture where everyone feels valued.
Another version which is little emotional-
We learned the value of humility through an experience that left a deep impression on us. At one point, we were working on an important project and felt confident that we already had the right direction. Because of that confidence, we moved forward too quickly and did not pause long enough to listen to everyone’s thoughts and concerns. We believed we were making progress, but along the way we began to notice that some important details had been missed.
What stayed with us most was realizing that the people we had not fully listened to actually had valuable ideas that could have made the work better from the beginning. That moment was humbling, but it also became one of our most important lessons. It reminded us that no matter how much experience or knowledge we have, there is always room to learn from others. True strength is not about always being right — it is about being open, respectful, and willing to grow.
Since then, “Be Humble” has become more than just a value written on paper. It is something we try to live every day through the way we speak, listen, and work together. We make a conscious effort to accept feedback with an open mind, to give credit where it is due, and to treat every person with respect. Humility helps us stay grounded when things go well, and it helps us stay strong when things become difficult. Most importantly, it reminds us that success is not something one person builds alone — it is created through trust, teamwork, and the willingness to learn from one another.
