Each morning, our team begins the day with a refreshing 20-minute routine: 10 minutes of group exercise followed by 10 minutes of knowledge sharing. This practice helps us energize physically and mentally before diving into work. It fosters team bonding, promotes well-being, and sets a positive, focused tone for the day.

We learned the true importance of Health the hard way — during the same intense project when our team was working late nights and pushing beyond limits. What started as dedication slowly turned into burnout. Exhaustion, stress, and declining energy began affecting both our work and well-being.
That experience was a wake-up call. We realized that no deadline, no matter how critical, is worth sacrificing our health. Real success is sustainable only when we take care of our minds and bodies.
From that moment, Health became our third core value.
Today, we live it with intention. We encourage regular breaks, reasonable working hours, and open conversations about workload. We celebrate people who prioritize sleep, exercise, healthy eating, and mental well-being. When someone says “I need to log off early to rest,” we respect it — because a healthy team is a strong team.
